Important influences in his writing were Leo Tolstoy, Benjamin Tucker, Walt Whitman and Ralph Waldo Emerson.
Armand was an important propagandist of free love. He advocated free love, naturism and polyamory in what he termed la camaraderie amoureuse. Above all he advocated a pluralism in sex and love matters in which one could find "Here sexual union and family, there freedom or promiscuity". He wrote many propagandist articles on this subject such as "De la liberté sexuelle" (1907) where he advocated not only a vague free love but also multiple partners, which he called "plural love" In the individualist anarchist journal L'EnDehors, he and others continued in this way. Armand seized this opportunity to outline his theses supporting revolutionary sexualism and camaraderie amoureuse that differed from the traditional views of the partisans of free love in several respects.
Later, Armand submitted that from an individualist perspective, nothing was reprehensible about making "love" even if one did not have very strong feelings for one's partner. "The camaraderie amoureuse thesis entails a free contract of association (that may be annulled without notice, following prior agreement) reached between anarchist individualists of different genders, adhering to the necessary standards of sexual hygiene, with a view toward protecting the other parties to the contract from certain risks of the amorous experience, such as rejection, rupture, exclusivism, possessiveness, unicity, coquetry, whims, indifference, flirtatiousness, disregard for others, and prostitution."
He also published Le Combat contre la jalousie et le sexualisme révolutionnaire (1926), followed over the years by Ce que nous entendons par liberté de l'amour (1928), La Camaraderie amoureuse ou “chiennerie sexuelle” (1930), and, finally, La Révolution sexuelle et la camaraderie amoureuse (1934), a book of nearly 350 pages comprising most of his writings on sexuality.
In a text from 1937, he mentioned among the individualist objectives the practice of forming voluntary associations for purely sexual purposes of heterosexual, homosexual, or bisexual nature or of a combination thereof. He also supported the right of individuals to change sex and stated his willingness to rehabilitate forbidden pleasures, non-conformist caresses (he was personally inclined toward voyeurism), as well as sodomy. This led him allocate more and more space to what he called "the sexual non-conformists", while excluding physical violence. His militancy also included translating texts from people such as Alexandra Kollontai and Wilhelm Reich and establishments of free love associations which tried to put into practice la camaraderie amoureuse through actual sexual experiences.
The prestige in the subject of free love of Armand within anarchist circles was such as to motivate the young Argentinian anarchist América Scarfó to ask Armand in a letter on advice as to how to deal with the relationship she had with notorious Italian anarchist Severino Di Giovanni. Di Giovanni was still married when they began the relationship. "The letter was published in L’en dehors" on 20 January 1929 under the title "'An Experience', together with the reply from E. Armand". Armand replied to Scarfó, "Comrade: My opinion matters little in this matter you send me about what you are doing. Are you or are you not intimately in accord with your personal conception of the anarchist life? If you are, then ignore the comments and insults of others and carry on following your own path. No one has the right to judge your way of conducting yourself, even if it were the case that your friend's wife be hostile to these relations. Every woman united to an anarchist (or vice versa), knows very well that she should not exercise on him, or accept from him, domination of any kind."

a true orgasm

A recent study analyzing orgasms experienced by a group of American test participants aged 18 to 56 was conducted to compare orgasm intensity and duration between Females and males, during various sexual activity. Some of the major takeaways from that study:
Females have much longer orgasms than males. While Females of all age groups experienced orgasms averaging 28-96 seconds, the males in the group averaged orgasms of only 3-8 seconds.
Unlike males, Females do not have a refractory (recovery) period between orgasms, meaning Females possess multi-orgasmic ability, allowing them to experience further orgasms if they are stimulated again. The Female subjects in this test averaged between 11-20 orgasms per session, while the males averaged only 1-2.
Orgasm intensity varies greatly between Females and males, and is dramatically different depending on the sex of the partner and method of sexual stimulation:
The highest intensity orgasms were experienced by Females engaging in cunnilingus with Female partners. Female orgasms achieved through oral sex were much more intense when another Female was performing cunnilingus than when a male was attempting the same sex act.
The tongue is mightier than the penis. Female subjects achieved dramatically more intense orgasms through cunnilingus than they did when engaging in (PIV) sexual intercourse. Females also reached orgasm much more consistently and frequently through cunnilingus than they did through (PIV) sexual intercourse.
When it comes to penises, size definitely matters. Females engaging in (PIV) sexual intercourse with a male experienced much more intense orgasms when the male’s penis was 7-inches or greater in length than Females engaging in the same sexual activity with males which had smaller penises. Both penis length and girth were proven to be very important factors in determining sexual pleasure in Females engaging in (PIV) sexual intercourse, with penis length having a slight advantage over penis girth. Not only did Females engaging in (PIV) sexual intercourse with larger penises experience much more intense orgasms, but they also achieved orgasm at a dramatically more consistent rate. The study showed that Females engaging in (PIV) sexual intercourse with males who had longer, thicker erections achieved orgasm 28x more often than Females engaging in (PIV) sexual intercourse with less endowed males. The intensity of Female orgasm achieved during (PIV) sexual intercourse with males with larger penises also averaged 800% more intense than that of Female orgasm when achieved with a male having a smaller penis.
Females have better orgasms than males. Period. Not only do Females experience much longer orgasms than males, in much greater numbers than males, but the average intensity of the male orgasm didn’t even come close to comparing to the average intensity of the Female orgasm. When comparing the Female orgasm and the male orgasm side-by-side, what a male experiences during his ejaculation is nowhere near the power of a Female orgasm. In fact, the male “orgasm”, when compared to the Female orgasm, can barely be called a true orgasm at all.

Sex research in America
From here to eternity

“TREAT yourself”, the advertisements say. “You’re worth it”. The image may be a woman bending over or a man with a seductive grin. As for the product, it hardly matters whether it is soap or a car: sex is being used to sell, and latent desires will move consumers to buy—or at least feel titillated by the prospect.
What a darkly ironic epilogue for the sexual revolution, observes Christopher Turner in “Adventures in the Orgasmatron”. Progressive attitudes were meant to free society from the dangers of conformity. Yet some of the most radical ideas about our primal urges have been harnessed by those who want everyone to drink the same brand of beer.
Wilhelm Reich, a charismatic and gifted psychoanalyst who trained with Sigmund Freud, coined the phrase “sexual revolution” in the 1930s. Reich had high hopes for sex. He spent his life insisting that a bone-rattling orgasm was the best way to ensure personal health and a more humane society. Human desires are natural, he argued; it is only when society represses these instincts that problems arise.
As the hero of this erudite and engaging work of social history, Reich is a fascinating subject. He was arrogant and influential, tyrannical and abusive. He fell out with Freud and alienated his peers by insisting not only that orgasms were a panacea, but also that psychoanalysis should be a tool for social change. In his mid-30s when the Nazis came to power, he saw fascism as an inevitable product of repressive social structures, such as the patriarchal family. If the instincts of children weren’t repressed, he argued, then adults wouldn’t crave being told what to do. Reich wanted to apply the revelations of psychoanalysis to reforming sex laws (by, for example, lifting bans on abortion and prostitution) and updating social mores about marriage and children. Free sex, he believed, was the best check on totalitarianism.
Freud found this naive, maintaining that psychoanalysis was not about changing the world, but about helping people to adapt to it. Repression wasn’t something to throw off, but a part of the human condition. “To Freud, misery came from within; to Reich, it was imposed from without.”
Time, however, made Reich’s grasp on reality more tenuous, particularly after he fled to America in 1939. Like a mad scientist, he grew convinced that sexual electricity was quantifiable. His big invention was something called an “orgone energy accumulator”, a box about the size of a telephone booth which collected good atmospheric energy. Time inside the box would not only improve one’s “orgastic potency”, Reich claimed, but also treat cancer, among other maladies (including his own psoriasis). Scientists refused to confirm Reich’s orgone theories, but a generation of young progressives heralded these boxes as sources of sexual liberation, something Woody Allen parodied with his “Orgasmatron” in his 1973 film, “Sleeper”. Norman Mailer had one (though he later described it as “kind of crap”). William Burroughs claimed to have had a spontaneous orgasm in the wooden shack he built.
These pleasure-seeking bohemians gave Reich pause. He rued that they were hijacking his Utopian concepts to unleash “a free-for-all fucking epidemic”. Post-war America was an all too fertile ground for his radical ideas, it seems, as leftist intellectuals flailed about for a new language of opposition to replace Marxist dogma. Reich’s theories about sex made promiscuity seem rebellious and self-affirming.
In 1947 Reich was accused in the press of starting a “new cult of sex and anarchy”. A year later Alfred Kinsey published his explosive report about sexuality, which found that American Puritanical mores were out of sync with reality. The McCarthy trials—which sought links between sexual liberation and communism—added to the hysteria. The Food and Drug Administration began a crackdown on Reich’s work, finding it menacing. The government ultimately demanded that all of Reich’s orgone boxes be incinerated along with his books, and then sent him to prison, where he died of a heart attack in 1957.
Why was Reich considered so dangerous? Though possibly a paranoid schizophrenic, who spent the last years of his life convinced that the world was under attack by UFOs, he offered an intellectual rationale for the sexual revolution. But he also came to regret opening this Pandora’s box. Reich predicted that America’s liberated excesses would be countered by repression, just like in Stalin’s Russia.
Yet Mr Turner suggests a different legacy, one that haunted Herbert Marcuse. The German sociologist, disillusioned by the sexually omnivorous 1960s, came to believe that liberated sexual desires had been co-opted to serve capitalism; advertisers had figured out how to exploit libidinal urges to inspire “false needs”. But this overlooks the benefits. The sexual revolution may not have yielded a neurosis-free Utopia soundscaped with the glorious yelps of orgasms. But a more open society and greater sexual tolerance (at least in the West) means fewer people are looking for pleasure in a funny wooden box.

Gspot: Sanger vs Nazi -- does anybody know herstory?
in 1950, Ernst Grafenberg, a gynecologist and German Jew — who escaped the Nazis with the help of the early feminist and birth-control crusader Margaret Sanger — wrote about the keen sensitivity of a small area within the vagina, partway up the front wall.

ESCAPE FROM GERMANY In 1937 he was arrested for allegedly having smuggled a valuable stamp out of Germany. When influential friends of the International Society of Sexology discovered what had happened, the U.S. consulate began negotiations and deposited a large ransom for his release. It is reported that his release from prison was negotiated by Margaret Sanger of New York. In 1940 he was finally able to leave Germany and emigrate to California, traveling via Siberia and Japan (Lehfeldt & Wheeler, 1994; Semm & Giese, 1983).

сексуальность Индии
оказывается в Индии проведено уже несколько обследований:
2008: The naked truth
India Today's survey talks about under-age sex, sex with prostitutes and eunuchs, kinky sex, adultery, incest, homosexuality, fantasies, preferences, favourite positions, attitudes towards role-playing and other sexual activities.
2007: Sex and marriage
The void between the dream of honeymoon and the reality of marriage has to be filled by reclaiming friendship, the birthright of every couple. This India Today survey measures the length and depth of marital issues.
2006: Men in a muddle
Often hypocritical, obsessed with his looks, sexually smug and quietly homoerotic, the single young urban male is surprisingly standard, across big cities and small. An avid consumer of pornography, he has a rich fantasy life, even though his peer group is dominated by males and his dependence on parents substantial.
An exclusive India Today-AC Nielsen-ORG-MARG survey reveals that urban young singleton s are shaking off years of conservatism and asserting their sexuality with growing confidence.
2004: What men want
The nationwide survey reveals some startling findings. As Indian men continue to place purity above passion, a majority of them are sensitive to their partners' fulfilment and do not treat sex as power play.
2003: Sex and the Indian woman
India's first ever, comprehensive, all-female survey that looks at a woman's basic instincts involved interviews with unmarried, married and separated women between 19 and 50 years of age from 10 cities.
